Become a Top Host is easy, just meet the following 4 criteria.
Stay Active!
Mantain your calendar update and respond for homestay request within less than 24 hours.
Positive Reviews
Receive only good or excellent reviews from your guests. Minimum of 2 students reviews to qualify.
Booking Requests
Don't deny more than 3 booking requests within a year.
Cancellation
Don't cancel more than 1 confirmed booking every 6 months.
